FLEXIBLE CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONAL GROWTH EXPERIENCE IN EUROPE.

This is not just a trip, but a curated international learning experience: this program is designed for groups who want more than sightseeing. It combines the beauty and heritage of Slovenia with carefully selected educational, cultural, and professional experiences. Every program includes a core exploration of European and Slovenian culture, history, and nature, while additional modules in civic networking, debate, leadership, and career skills can be added to create a program that truly fits the needs of each group. Whether the priority is student growth, intercultural exchange, academic enrichment, or future readiness, the experience is built with flexibility, depth, and purpose.

A PROGRAM DESIGNED AROUND YOUR GROUP

This is not a one-size-fits-all school trip. It is a flexible, guided and educationally rich international experience built from a strong core program and a range of optional module groups that can be combined according to the goals, interests, age, and profile of each visiting group. Designed for students, parents, teachers, and educational communities, the program offers a rare combination of:

  • meaningful exposure to European and Slovenian culture, history, and nature

  • real-world institutional, civic, and professional encounters

  • high-quality debate, leadership, communication, and career-oriented workshops

  • a safe, structured, and inspiring environment for personal and intellectual growth

Each group experience is built around 1 core and 3 optional modules.

CORE MODULEExperience European and Slovenian Culture, History and Nature

This foundational module gives every group a rich experience of Slovenia as a gateway into Europe: its history, landscapes, heritage, and cultural identity. In the original program, this includes Ljubljana, Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle, Piran, Lake Bled, Soča Valley, and Ptuj, combining medieval heritage, Mediterranean atmosphere and seaside, Alpine beauty, outdoor adventure, and historical memory. Core experiences within this core module include:

  • Ljubljana: Guided exploration of the historic city center, river boat tour, and visit to Ljubljana Castle, blending medieval heritage with modern European life, culinary experience in the city, free time to explore little shops and European cafes

  • Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle: Journey through one of Europe’s most spectacular cave systems by underground train, followed by a visit to the world-famous cliff-built medieval castle (ranked among the world’s top castles).

  • Piran: Adriatic seaside experience with an authentic old town, Mediterranean architecture, and time for swimming at two distinct beaches, seaside dinner

  • Lake Bled: Iconic alpine landscape featuring Bled Castle views, the island church with the traditional boat ride, and a synthesis of natural beauty and cultural symbolism.

  • Soča Valley: outdoor adventure (rafting and zipline) combined with visits to preserved World War I battlefield remains, linking physical experience with European historical memory.

  • Ptuj: Exploration of one of Europe’s oldest continuously inhabited towns, with Roman roots, a medieval castle, and rich Central European heritage.

  • Possible additions: day trip to Venice and Trieste (Italy), day trip to Vienna (Austria), additional outdoor activities in the Alps

Module Group 1: Networking, Diplomacy and Institutional Experience

Groups can then add one or more specialized activities or module groups depending on what they want the program to achieve.

This module is ideal for groups that want to deepen students’ civic awareness, global understanding, and exposure to public institutions, diplomacy, and professional environments.

The original program includes activities such as:

  • reception and discussion with the President of Slovenia

  • a working visit to the Slovenian Parliament

  • discussion with government representatives

  • a visit to the US Embassy in Slovenia

  • networking and workshop experiences connected to American Chambers of Commerce and Slovenian start-up environments

  • participation in activities with a Slovenian high school and collaborative student engagement .

Module Group 2: Debate with Critical thinking & Communication

Groups can then add one or more specialized activities or module groups depending on what they want the program to achieve.

This module is designed as a fully customizable debate development experience, built around the specific goals, age group, and current skill level of each visiting group. Rather than offering a fixed list of workshop activities, the program begins with a needs-based planning conversation with the international debate trainer. Together we identify which debate and communication capacities the students should strengthen most during the visit. Based on set goals, the coach designs a bespoke sequence of activities, simulations, workshops, and live debate practice sessions that best match the students’ needs. A unique strength of this module is that it can culminate in organized debate exchanges with international and Slovenian students from partner schools, allowing participants to immediately apply their learning in authentic intercultural settings.

Module Group 3: Leadership and Career skills

Groups can then add one or more specialized activities or module groups depending on what they want the program to achieve.

This module is suited to groups that want to emphasize future readiness, personal development, teamwork, and professional orientation. The program includes professional and career skills workshops focused on career planning, teamwork, negotiation, and navigating academic and professional pathways. Possible workshop themes include:

  • leadership mindset

  • teamwork and initiative

  • negotiation and communication

  • career planning

  • professional confidence

  • networking skills

  • academic and international pathway orientation

Why do schools, teachers and parents
choose this program?

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We make the process simple, transparent, and fully guided from the first conversation to arrival in Slovenia.

Step 1: Choose Your Preferred Dates and Duration

The process begins by selecting the preferred travel window and ideal program length for your group.

Experiences are fully flexible and can be designed for:

  • shorter 6–8 day educational visits

  • extended 8–14 day immersive programs

  • custom durations based on school calendars and travel needs

This allows schools and families to align the trip with academic schedules, breaks, and student availability.

Step 2: Design the Final Program with the Program Coordinator

Once the dates are selected, your group works directly with the program coordinator to build the final experience.

Together, we finalize:

  • cultural and nature experiences

  • networking and institutional visits

  • debate, leadership, and career modules

  • school exchange activities

  • supervision and support structure

  • preferred balance between learning and free exploration time

This ensures every group receives a fully tailored educational journey built around its goals.

Step 3: Receive the Final Quote

After the final program structure is confirmed, we prepare a clear final quotation based on:

  • duration

  • selected activities

  • number of students

  • number of accompanying adults

  • hotel arrangements

  • transportation and flight coordination needs

This gives schools and families full clarity before moving forward.

Step 4: Confirm the Group and Submit the Participant List

Once the quote is approved, the group leader submits the final confirmation of participation together with the list of:

  • student names

  • accompanying adults / teacher chaperones

  • emergency contact details

  • relevant travel information

  • dietary or special supervision notes

This step secures the group’s reserved travel window.

Step 5: Flexible Payment Process

The payment structure is designed to remain flexible and school-friendly.

Payments can be arranged:

  • as a single full payment

  • in multiple installments

  • in custom tranches aligned with school or family payment timelines

The exact payment schedule is agreed upon during the confirmation stage.

Step 6: Flight Coordination and Ticket Confirmation

Once the group is confirmed, we finalize the international flight plan.

Groups may:

  • arrange flights independently

  • use our optional flight coordination service

  • confirm tickets through our trusted European travel partner

Once flights are secured, all local logistics in Slovenia are aligned with the arrival and departure schedule.

Chaperone and Adult Participation Policy

Each group must travel with at least one accompanying adult, teacher, or official chaperone.

The accompanying adult is responsible for:

  • coordinating the application of individual students

  • overseeing the final registration process

  • serving as the responsible contact person for the group

  • accompanying students on the international flight to Ljubljana

Upon arrival in Slovenia, students are provided with full local supervision and structured support throughout the entire experience. Accompanying adults are welcome to participate in all educational, cultural, and networking activities. At the same time, the program remains flexible: adults are not required to attend every scheduled activity and may choose to use selected periods for personal meetings, rest, or independent exploration.

Teacher and chaperone participation is offered at a reduced rate (see Pricing section).

PRICING

Because each experience is custom-designed around the group’s preferred duration, selected module groups, and chosen activities, the final investment depends on the exact structure of the program.

Flexible Pricing Range

  • 6–8 day experiences: typically $2,500–$3,500 per participant

  • 8–14 day experiences: typically $4,000–$5,000 per participant

*Accompanying Adults and Teacher Chaperones: Each group is required to travel with at least one accompanying adult or teacher representative. To support schools, parents and parent organizations, the participation fee for accompanying adults is offered at a reduced rate.

The final price is confirmed after the group selects:

  • preferred duration

  • cultural and nature experiences

  • networking and institutional visits

  • debate or leadership workshop modules

  • level of supervision and support

  • optional school partnership activities

This ensures that every school or parent group receives a program fully aligned with its goals, budget, and educational priorities.
